Greg Day

Executive Director

Greg is passionate about realising business value through the rigorous definition and delivery of transformational change. He has 20 years of experience in leading and managing change across the energy and utilities, infrastructure, intelligent transport systems, financial services, telecommunications, aerospace and government sectors.

Greg specialises in operating strategy definition, the alignment and optimisation of business operations to achieve strategy (‘transformational change’) and oversight of change delivery to achieve benefits.

He holds an Engineering Degree from the University of New South Wales and has pursued a variety of post-graduate studies.

Jason Southby

Jason is a skilled and experienced program manager and change management consultant. He brings 20 years’ worth of insight and experience in working with business leaders to define, implement and deliver major projects.

He is a professional project manager specialising in technical project management and is experienced in all areas of project development, governance and control. Jason’s expertise spans infrastructure and asset intensive industries as well as in business process and improvement programs. Jason is able to tailor, implement and manage a project framework to suit specific business needs.

Jason also holds a Diploma in Electronic Systems, Communications from the Royal Australian Navy.

Brad has 12 years of experience building and leading high performance multi-discipline teams in technical, business development and industrial domains. Brad has delivered business improvement, maintenance and capital projects for infrastructure and technology reliant businesses across a variety of sectors.

His expertise spans commercial and contract management, asset management, procurement, negotiation, market analysis, project management, project recovery, strategic and business planning, business process definition, business transformation, risk management, facilitation, stakeholder management and business unit general management.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Monash University.
